Filling the space

Following the world's pause in 2020 Jo Taylor, Sarah Jane Rimmer and Malcolm Thacker, each emerged with a musical space (or ‘lacuna’) in their lives. A chance meeting at a folk festival brought them together and the songs started flowing. Anchored in intricate three-part vocal harmonies, Lacuna’s blend of banjo, clarinet and guitar add a sonic freshness to their original songs. Lacuna love sharing their songs about people, places, and the journey through life with their growing fan base, regularly playing at festivals, folk clubs, and music venues across London and Surrey.
